Can I write directly to the database in the OktoPOS Manager from outside?
The database can only be written via the OktoPOS modules and via the defined interfaces will.
This is because the internal data structures change regularly due to updates and because OktoPOS is a fiscal system that is subject to strict tax law requirements. This makes an uncontrolled change of the database impossible.
Can I connect an external material management system?

Can I connect an external online shop?
OktoPOS has a fully integrated online shop. This is suitable for food delivery services and the sale of product ranges with up to 500 items.
If you would like to use another online shop, you can use the defined open interfaces of the OktoPOS System to transfer data.
However, it is not possible to transfer all data fields via these interfaces. An extension of the interfaces can be commissioned for a fee.
